For extra wide clearspan structures, we do offer traditional engineered red iron structures. Although they have less design flexibility, they are a great option for buildings over 80’ in width. Fast Frame Buildings are a great option for residential, light commercial and retail structures. With every detail engineered, Fast Frame has all the advantages of traditional stud framing, plus many additional advantages. Wall panels are preassembled, saving significant time and material waste. There is no bowing or out of line members. No rotting or termite infestation. Fire resistance at it’s best.

Cold Formed Steel Framing is a great option for Agricultural, Commercial, Industrial, Storage, and barndominiums. Completely engineered with foundation plans included, CFS Buildings can have lead times as little as two weeks. CFS buildings typically use up to 25% less concrete in the foundation than traditional red iron structures. CFS Buildings are very customizable, with options for mezzanines, porches, lean-to’s, and varying roof styles.
